For the most time savings, the bottle must be at the correct height, and fill between your arms as much as possible. XLAB systems are adjustable for width and fore and aft positions. NO OTHERS CAN.
You need to suck on the straw without holding it in place. Having the straw at the back is usually too far back, and from the front you end up with high straw drag.

Size of the refill bottle is important, as is the ability to carry a standard bottle and Aid Station water and electrolyte drinks. The refill hole is perfectly sized to fit the actual diameter of electrolyte and water bottles distributed on the race course. MOST OTHERS CANNOT DO THIS.

Your power output is limited by your core body temperature. We offer the optional VESTITO insulating cover that can keep your fluids up to 25% cooler. NO OTHERS DO THIS.
To make refilling the easiest possible, XLAB’s bottles are 2 ounces larger (26oz) than aid station bottles (24oz). Having a bottle less than 26 ounces causes over filling and over flowing.
