Where do we ship?
XLAB currently ships to all 50 States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states.

When will I get my order?
We have six options for shipping (depending on your order size), including FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS) options. Every order is shipped via a trackable method.
In most instances:
- USPS First Class (available for items meeting size and weight requirements, typically under 2lbs) (1-3 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Day)
- FedEx Ground (3-5 Business Days)
- FedEx Express Saver (2-3 Business Days)
- FedEx Standard Overnight (1 Business Day)
Orders placed by 12:00pm PST will ship by the next business day. Any orders placed Friday after 12:00pm PST will ship the following Monday.
Orders placed by expedited shipping methods (FedEx Standard Overnight or USPS Priority Mail Express) placed by 10:00am PST (Monday-Friday) will ship on the same day.
USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Items shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail Express offers a money-back guarantee delivery timeframe.
What about if I live in Puerto Rico?
If you live in Puerto Rico, you have five options for shipping, including FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS) options. We ship from sunny California, so items can take up to a day longer than standard shipments:
- USPS First Class (available for items meeting size and weight requirements) (1-4 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Mail (3-4 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days)
- FedEx International Economy (3 Business Days)
- FedEx International Priority (1-2 Business Days)
How do I receive my tracking information?
You will receive your tracking information once your order ships. Please note: sometimes, shipping companies issue a tracking number before the item leaves our HQ. During this short timeframe, the tracking number may come up as ‘unavailable’. This just means the shipping company is currently on their way to pick it up for you and your order will be trackable soon.
Help! I have a race this weekend and desperately need my XLAB item!
Our offices are open 8:00am – 4:30pm PST Monday through Thursday and we want you to have a successful race! If you’re in desperate need of an item at Torpedo Speed – call us at (760) 735-3215. We can recommend an XLAB dealer to find at the race expo, or find a way to get your product to you ASAP.
What is your backorder policy?
We work diligently to ensure our online inventory reflects what is available to ship. If you happen to catch us in the minutes between inventory updates, you will receive a notice informing you that your item has been backordered – and we’ll give you the opportunity to make any edits to your order.
What types of items are available in the XLAB Outlet?
Look no further for great prices on gently used XLAB favorites! These are the ones you’ve seen on display at expos or used in photo shoots. They’ve been proudly mounted on super bikes on display at our offices, or configured to help our engineers develop new product ideas.
Other than slight blemishes, discolorations, or artwork differences, these limited quantity products are fully functional and 100% approved to our rigorous product standards. All items in the outlet are FINAL SALE.
